About Oregon Water Coalition

Responsible development, conservation and use; Oregon’s water resources deserve this diligent stewardship.

Incorporated in 1992, the Oregon Water Coalition is a group of individuals and organizations whose business directly or indirectly relies upon the economic success of irrigated agriculture in the state of Oregon.

Nothing poses a greater threat to our nation’s future than the cultural gap which now separates rural America from it’s cities. Until there are bridges of understanding to link rural and urban Oregon, agriculture will continue to face one crisis after another.

Further education and dialogue is needed. OWC seeks to facilitate this process wherever possible, with the help and support of our members.
