Directions for use - Highly concentrated, use sparingly.

Aromatic use: Spray 1-3 times in your space for immediate refreshment. Use 4-6 sprays in the diffuser of your choice.

Edible/Drinkable use: Dilute 1-3 sprays for a single serving of a beverage or food of your choice to infuse flavor, smell, and functional benefits. Avoid excessive heat. Add when warm but not hot.

Topical use: Apply one to two sprays to the desired area (avoid eyes and sensitive skin areas). Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. Immediate absorption.
